Congratulations on your upcoming marriage!
Thank you for your interest in having your wedding at Mary, Queen of Peace Parish, home of St. Joseph Church and St. Francis of Assisi Church.
The wedding fee for either of our churches is $1,100.00:
Church Fee: $450.00
Musician Fees: $550.00
Wedding Coordinator Fee: $100.00
If you are getting married outside of our parish, there is a $100.00 fee for paperwork preparation. Please contact the Parish Office for more information or to set up an appointment.

STEPS FOR YOUR CHURCH WEDDING:
1. Fill out the Wedding Intake Form - After you submit your form, someone from our office will contact you to set up an appointment to meet with Fr. Paul Sullivan or Fr. Peter Shen.
2. Meet with the priest – please bring a deposit of $225.00 with you to this meeting in order to schedule your wedding date. Please note that Wedding dates cannot be scheduled until you meet with a priest.
3. Baptism Certificate - Please contact the church where you were baptized and have them send your “long form” Baptism Certificate directly to our parish office at Mary, Queen of Peace Parish, 114 High St., Medford, MA 02155.
4. Register for Marriage Preparation (Pre-Cana) - A list of Marriage Preparation programs can be found on the Archdiocese of Boston's website - https://www.evangelizeboston.com/for-couples/transformed-in-love/
After you complete Marriage Preparation, please send a copy of the Certificate of Completion to the parish office.
5. Select the Readings & Music for your wedding.
6. Meet with the priest 1 month prior to your wedding date to finalize your wedding details. Please bring the balance of your wedding fees ($875.00) to this meeting or pay online HERE . Please select FUND - Sacramental Donations when paying online.
7. Rehearsal - Contact the parish office at 781-396-0423 x 103 or [email protected] to schedule your wedding rehearsal. Please bring your marriage license to the Rehearsal.

Please note for safety reasons, we do not allow aisle runners or the throwing of rice or flower petals.
