 All families must be registered with Faith Formation to attend classes and sacramental meetings.

Please Note:  
Students preparing for 1st Reconciliation & 1st Communion will have an additional 7 Prep Classes.

Confirmation is a 2-year program.  Candidates are not able to complete both years in one year.  All new Confirmation students must begin with the Confirmation I Program.

Important Information & Deadlines:
  • All registrations will be completed on-line by clicking on the Registration 2022-2023 button above.
  • Payments can be made online by credit card, debit card, or e-check.   
  • The registration deadline is August 15th, 2022.
  • Early registration discount of $25 if registered by June 15, 2022.  Use code: EarlyBird
  • Late fee of $25 if  registration received after 8/16/22.
  • Mass is a requirement in addition to all classes.
  • Students in Grades 6-10 and students preparing for 1st Reconciliation & 1st Communion have Guidelines to be signed by both student and parents.  Guideline forms must be submitted to the office by 9/30/22. 
  • Grade 9 & 10 Students must verify weekly Mass attendance by scanning the QR code found as you enter St. Francis of Assisi Church or St. Joseph Church.

  • Out of Parish designation applies to all those who are not registered parishioners of Mary, Queen of Peace Parish (St. Francis of Assisi Church or St. Joseph Church).

Please Note: 
Our classes will run this year from late October 2022 through April 2023.

For all students registering for the first time, a copy of the child’s baptismal record is needed if the child was not baptized at St. Joseph or St. Francis of Assisi.
